Hands-on Technical Training
Programs cover installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar technologies.
Entrepreneurship Development
We foster local entrepreneurship through our Solar Sathi model, enabling youth to provide essential last-mile services.
Capacity Building for Women
Targeted efforts build entrepreneurship among local women to strengthen the last-mile value chain.
Proven Impact
We are currently conducting specialised skills development to support the region’s agricultural infrastructure:

Intensive Curriculum
A 390-hour training program focused specifically on solar pump technology. -
Targeted Support
This initiative is dedicated to training 60 SC/ST students, providing them with specialised technical expertise. -
Local Implementation>
Following a screening of 113 candidates in Jalpaiguri, the first batch of 30 students commenced their training on February 10, 2026.
